Youths across the five clans that make up the Arochukwu L.G.A is set to hold an Arochukwu L.G.A Youth Mega Summit to reach out to all youth in the five clans of Arochukwu Local Government.
The summit is billed to hold at the ASCETA Auditorium hall on April 15.
In an online interaction between Comrade Okereke Nnamdi Nwafor, the secretary planning committee who reiterated that the summit will serve a purpose of sensitizing the youths to get them involved in politics and positioning their mind towards good Governance than singing praises to political leaders for peanut money.
Also speaking, Comr. Ulu Kalu the chairman planning committee noted that their mandate is to see how to guide the youths and sensitize them on the way to go on the upcoming 2023 general election.
Ulu Kalu said he believe that the youths have the capacity to organize themselves, revealing that they would demonstrate that ability using this summit.
We will also use the opportunity to invite some political leaders and aspirants of the upcoming general election while celebrating some of our youths that have represented well.
Similarly, Comr. Nnadozie Victor, a media Publicity of the committee, said the summit would be an opportunity to hear from our upcoming political aspirants vying for different political positions across the Arochukwu Local Government.
Mr. Nnadozie, who is also the C.E.O Aro Okeigbo Blog, said although the political leaders who have represented us in the past has done their best in development of Arochukwu L.G.A but the truth remains that they youth are not being carried along.
He urged the youths from various clans of L.G.A to come out in their numbers for the summit.
