In Janbulo quarters, Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano State, a Chinese man is accused of fatally stabbing his sweetheart, Ummakulsum Sani Buhari.
According to information obtained, the event took place when the Chinese visited the deceased, who was 23 years old, at her parents’ home.
The deceased, also known as “Ummita,” was a student at the Kano School of Nursing and Midwifery, according to the Daily Trust.
Twitter user @ahmadranking asserted that the incident was the result of miscommunication between the two parties.
In response, the accused allegedly called Ummita constantly, but she allegedly disregarded his calls due to a little misunderstanding.
