Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Nigeria’s Minister of Information and Culture, has reaffirmed that “no area can do it all alone” and that Nigeria’s unity is unwavering.

Following a Command Performance by the cultural group from the Department of Culture and Heritage, Cross River Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the minister reiterated his position in Calabar.

The performance is reportedly one of the events planned for the commemoration of the 2022 World Tourism Day being held in Calabar, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

The minister emphasised the need of peaceful coexistence after the command performance, which included dances and a stage drama focused on the oneness and indivisibility of Nigeria.
