If you’re interested in working in Saskatchewan within the Health sector as an international healthcare worker and would like to hear about job opportunities that match your skills by SINP or other employers in the Health sector, Please create the expression of Interest (EOI) profile.
What Is an International Healthcare Worker EOI?
An International Healthcare Worker EOI submission is not an application for the SINP. This is a pre-application application form that lets you complete an online application to let us know that you are interested in working in Saskatchewan in a specific Health-related field and demonstrate your credentials.
The information requested will determine your eligibility for jobs advertised by Saskatchewan employers in the healthcare industry.
People with the skills required will be contacted with the job announcements, including information on where they can submit their application for an opening. If you’re selected and are offered a job, you could be eligible for SINP’s International Skilled Worker Job Offer and the hard-to-fill skills pilot.
Some candidates who submit an EOI will receive an employment notification of an opportunity. There is no limit on the number of employees eligible to submit an EOI. However, applicants may only have one EOI profile.

The International Healthcare Worker EOI provides the possibility of connecting skilled foreign workers with Saskatchewan Healthcare employers. Foreign workers offered an offer to work from a Saskatchewan employer is not required to establish an EOI profile. Instead, they can make an application to either a skilled international worker employment offer sub-category or hard-to-fill Skill Pilot.
