Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar has lambasted the president-elect, Bola Tinubu over alleged inconsistencies in the purported degree he acquired at the Chicago State University.
He made these claims while replying to the preliminary objection Bola Tinubu gave while opposing his petition wherein, he claimed that the president-elect was not qualified to contest for the 2023 presidential election.
According to The Cable, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the just concluded general elections while replying to Tinubu’s objection, claimed that Bola Tinubu also has inconsistencies in his actual date of birth, state of origin, his gender, actual name and certificate proving that he actually attended the Chicago State University as he alleges.
He said, the purported degree Bola Tinubu got from the Chicago State University which he claims to have attended, does not belong to him but someone else who is a female.
According to him, the certificate belong to a Female described as ‘F’ in the certificate bearing the name, Bola Tinubu.
Atiku Abubakar said “The president-elect, Bola Tinubu demonstrated inconsistency as to his secondary school he attended (Government College Ibadan), actual date of birth, state of origin, gender, actual name, certificate evidencing universities attended (Chicago state University). The purported degree certificate of 2nd respondent, Bola Tinubu allegedly acquired at the Chicago State University does not belong to him but, to a female (F) described as “F” in the certificate bearing Bola Tinubu.”
