Obi Cubana Sues Lagos based Newspaper, Request N1bn For Calling Him A ‘Drug Dealer’

Boss Obinna Iyiegbu, famously known as Obi Cubana, has hammered a N1 billion claim against distributers of Lagos based papers “PM Express” at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) over disparaging distribution against him.

Obi Cubana in the suit dated and documented on April 27, 2022 by his legal counselor, Mr. Afam Osigwe (SAN), is additionally looking for a request for ceaseless order, controlling the litigants either without anyone else, specialists, outsider, media outfits and so forth from distributing, publicizing, advancing, dispersing, circling and serializing the news story, which is the topic of the suit on the web, online entertainment, Facebook and other social stages, containing claims and implications that he is associated with drug dealing.
