The Ag. Provost, Abia State College of Education Technical Arochukwu,Mr Ikechukwu Okorouga has described the immediate past Provost of the College, Dr Philips Nto as the most outstanding administrator of the College particularly in the area of infrastructural and academic development. Mr Okorouga made the remarks at a very handing over process in the College. He pledged to ensure the smooth administration of the College in line with the policies of the administration of Dr Alex Chioma Otti and wished the outgone Provost well in his future endeavours
Earlier, the immediate past Provost of the College had described Mr Okorouga as a dedicated staff and committed academician and pointed out that the handing over process was in compliance with the State Governor’s directive and described Governor Alex Otti as a square peg in a square hole.
