A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), chieftain, Hamma Hayatu, has revealed that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, won 13 states, including Federal Capital Territory Abuja. Hayatu, who is the Deputy Director Voter Intelligence and Strategy 2023 for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), revealed that the PDP had an internal application that had all the polling units upload results as a parallel collation from the INEC IREV portal in a post on his official Twitter account obtained by Aro Okeigbo Blog
Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s presidential candidate, won 17 states, while Tinubu of the APC won 5, Kwankwaso of the NNPP won 1, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party won 13 states plus the FCT.

Tinubu won 5 states, they are Ogun, Ondo,Oyo, Ekiti and Kwara. INEC fraudulently returned Tinubu. In another tweet, Hayatu, said there are at least 51,000 mutilated or altered result on the IReV.
His words: “A laughable alteration happened in an LG of Zamfara state where Atiku actually got 46,700 votes and Tinubu 3260, but was altered by deleting one zero for Atiku making it 4670 and adding zero to Tinubu to 32,600.”
