The Minority Whip/member representing Arochukwu State Constituency Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Onyekwere Mike Ukoha, has felicitated with Dr. Alex Otti, on his birthday.
In a release signed by his Media Assistant, the Lawmaker described Dr. Otti, as an astute politician, a great economist and philanthropist who has exceeded so well in his fields of endeavour.
The Lawmaker further stated that Dr. Alex Otti, is a great man who has done so well and contributed to humanity in all its ramifications.
He prayed God to continue to give the celebrant divine wisdom, direction and good health so as to continue in his numerous contributions to society.
