Naira weakens slightly against the dollar, trading at N429.43

At the Investors and Exporters window on Monday, the Naira slightly declined versus the dollar, trading for N429.43.
When compared to N429.05. at the close of business on August 19, the amount reflected a fall of 0.09 percent.
On Monday, the open indicative rate reached a low of N429.07 to the dollar.
Before it settled at N429.43, the highest exchange rate throughout the day’s trade was N432 to the dollar.
In the course of the day’s trade, the Naira dropped as low as N415 to the dollar.
At the official Investors and Exporters window on Monday, foreign exchange transactions totaling 161.94 million dollars were made. (NAN)
