The Labour Party Abia Governorship Candidate, Dr. Alex Otti has reiterated his vision in repositioning Abia to the right track, in a statement made on his Official social account, the Labour Party Governorship Candidate noted that his governance will ensure prompt payment of workers in the state as he will clear all outstanding salary arrears in the state.
