Former big brother Naija star Tokunbor Idowu just took to her Instagram stories to make a patriotic statement about her love for Nigeria and even explained how proud she was to defend the country when she was overseas. In the course of her statement, she said a few controversial words about the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“So I know we all had our preferred presidential candidate if you think about it, honestly, I see no reason why our present or current president can’t just turn things around and bring us back to our former glory. I mean he has all the resources possible and he can do that. It’s not like he is going in there desperate for money. Or is it power? I mean he already has it. I just pray that God grants him good health and long life so that he can do amazing things for us. We have everything in that country and I just miss our former glory.”
