Collins Smith Hails Supporters, Congratulates Otti

The Young Progressive Party, YPP Candidate For Abia House Of Assembly Seat, Collins Smith has thanked his supporters and fans who believed in his candidature during the just concluded Governorship and state house of Assembly election.
This was contained in a release made available to Aro Okeigbo Blog.
He wrote,
I Hon. COLLINS SMITH the YPP candidate for Arochukwu state constituency in the just concluded 2023 election, wishes to thank all my supporters, State party chairman, women leader, party stakeholders, PARTY Agents, those who staked their time, money and dignity to fight in this keenly contested election.

May God continually bless you all richly, healthy, wealthy and greatly. I truly appreciate your kindness and support to change the narrative in Arochukwu LGA.

The truth is that we won the election, because we ended the 24 and 4 years of selfish individuals.
My Abam brothers cum ward chairmen (OHAEKE, OVUKWU and OHAFOR1) I knew it was not going to be easy for you guys, hence I acknowledge your role as the hardest of whole fight.
You all did very well to the best of your individual abilities.

It was our first time in politics, most ward chairmen are first timers, they gave their best to this election.
I hold you all in highest Esteemed.

We fought with the little funding available, we fought like Ndi Igbo against Ndi Nigeria in 1967 till 1970.

I am profoundly proud of you guys. I was left alone in this battle, but I refused to let you down. I am COLLINS SMITH, I do not betray or fail anyone who reposes trust in me!

My beautiful prayers is that on the morning of our glory, that I will look around and find you all around me to celebrate like we all are celebrating our brother, Governor elect Dr. Alex Otti. As we all worked hard in different ways to make him our state Governor.
Thanking you most definitely in anticipation of your future support in my political endeavors.
This is the beginning of our political fraternity and we will surely win some day, one day.

Regards Hon COLLINS SMITH….
