According to informations gathered by Aro Okeigbo Blog, Hon. Uko Nkole, the member representative for the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, has picked his nomination and expression of interest forms for the upcoming People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary in Abia State.
Although Mr. Nkole has not yet made an official declaration on the matter, a party source claimed that since he bought the forms on Saturday night, he is the first to have done so in advance of the February 4 primary.
Prior to February 4, he purchased his form yesterday night. He is the first candidate from Abia North, and the source stated he is counting on Atiku and Ayu’s support.
Mr. Nkole could not be reached by phone to confirm that he has entered the contest for governor.
