Isah Auwal-Barde, a 17-year-old teenager from Kano State, built a robot that utilises robotic exoskeleton remote control.
Exoskeleton remote control is a technique that allows the human running the robot to demonstrate movement of various body parts to operate the robot.
In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday, Auwal-Barde stated that he was passionate about creativity from a young age.
He explained that he attended Government Secondary School (GSS), Sabuwar-Kofa, Kano, and graduated in 2021. He said he received seven credits in science from the West African Examination Council (WAEC).
