Man Travelled From Abuja To Lagos With Leg

Mallam Husseini Lawal, a 30-year-old Fulani man, has travelled from Abuja to Lagos to commend the bold step of the  National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as he set to challenge the 2023 presidential election has shown up Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Lawal, who hails from Durum town in Kabo Local Government Area of Kano State, unveiled that he left on the journey in view of his belief that it is just Tinubu that can change the country from its present political, social and financial entanglement.
He added that his belief is supported in light of the way that Tinubu without any help changed Lagos and its occupants during his reign Governor from 1999 to 2007.
Aro Okeigbo Blog gathered that Lawal started the journey at precisely 11:27am on Wednesday March 9, 2022, at Abuja City Gate with four shirts, two boxers, and two sets of shoes.
He added that one of the shoes had got spoilt out and he had discarded it.
He disclosed that he has been feeding out of people’s generosity and with the help of truck drivers and other transporters.
He expressed further that he has been sleeping in mosques every evening while he continues his journey every morning.
He added that he would wash his clothes locally and would proceed with the journey the next morning.
Lawal showed up Ibadan precisely 20 days after departing Abuja for Lagos.
However he decided to take a break at the NUJ Press Center in Ibadan to inform journalists about his journey and that he is still fit to complete his journey. He has likewise left for Lagos.
He is supposed to end the journey at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.
His words: “I’m a Fulani cows rearer , who had journeyed with his cows from Kano to Niger Republic, and from Niger to Sokoto and back to Kano by walking. In this way, journeying from Abuja to Lagos isn’t anything to me, regardless of whether you will trust me.”
